2013 is the year I have big big plans and hope to see some good changes in my life. What I have accomplished in the first month of 2013 is the following:
- Only blogged about the positive
- Have taken the time to read almost every night (which was a goal for this year)
- Can now jog for 30 minutes straight and do so twice a day (for 1 hours of jogging daily)
- Lost 2 pounds
- Lost 2% Body Fat
- Gained 2% Body Muscle
- Almost always wear a size small top
- Purchased a pair of very tight 9/10 jeans
- Learned that my bra size is no longer a 32F but a 30FF
- Planned, Booked, and Paid for my trip to Canada which is coming up
- Purchased a whole set of ski clothes for my trip to Canada for a good price - let's just say I'm thrilled I could even fit into the ski clothes as ski clothes for bigger people are HARD to come by
- Started the process of Laser Hair Removal on my Face. It will be, at least, 6 months before it is complete.
- Finally removed the two moles on my back that were bothering me
- Have an appointment this weekend to discuss contacts
- Have another appoint on Monday about getting a bump, caused by a busted mucus cell, on my lip removed
- Purchased some very nice and sexy lingerie
- Bra + Panty Set 1
- Bra + Panty White Set 2
- Bra + Panty Set 3 - And it looks like I got the last ones in my size of this so I'm totally happy because it is beautiful.
- Sports Bra
- Hanky Panky Underwear - White
- Hanky Panky Underwear - Red
- Managed to acquire some new winter clothes while ridding myself of those that are too big
It's like a train wreak, you want to look away but you can't help but stare. The site confirms what I always knew about guys but hoped beyond hope that I was wrong. Basically, it outlines how truly shallow guys are. It gives advice to women for how best to get a man (do everything in your power to look hot) and, I'm sad to say, I think it is dead on.
When I first read the blog I swore I thought it was G's secret blog but the guy who writes it thinks just like G does. It isn't but still it does help give more insight into G. Not that I think he or the blog's author are right in their belief. I think they are wrong and I think their believe is going to end with them never being happy because if you chase outward beauty, it it like chasing a snowflake. It is beautiful but it's life is short and once you catch it it disappears.
If I had the time I would love to write a sister blog to this guys - similar but advice for guys from a woman's prospective focusing on the shallow elements like looks, success, career, power, and money.
But, any-who, that blog is what prompted me to make this month "Beauty - Improving Your Physical Self". Mostly, this is a way for me to gather my thoughts and keep myself on track but others out there might find the information useful.
I don't think there is anything wrong with trying to improve your outward appearance.
- It helps you feel mentally better about yourself
- It helps you be healthier
- Which in turn, helps you feel physically better about yourself
- It makes people treat you better
- It makes you more desirable to males
- Which in turn, helps increase your chance of getting a mate if that is your goal
